Our Real Estate office is located in PUEBLO LOPEZ, a beautiful urbanisation, right in the heart of Fuengirola. We started working for the promoter in 1971 and opened our Real Estate office in 1975.

We are licensed Administrators (Spanish national member nº 11529), Real Estate agents (Spanish national member nº 895) and Insurance Brokers (Spanish national member nº 43346) with a very wide experience in these areas.

We are members of the CONFÉDÉRATION EUROPÉENNE DES ADMINISTRATEURS DE BIENS (CEAB) and members of the CONFÉDÉRATION EUROPÉENNE DE L’IMMOBILIER (CEI) since 3rd May 2004, having agreed to be bound by their European Code of Practice.
